A handover or Practical Completion Inspection is carried out at the end of the project and used to identify any major defects, incomplete works or areas of poor workmanship in the property prior to settlement occurring.
We document our findings in an easy to read and follow report that the builder can refer to in preparation of handover being reached.
We carry out multiple visits to the property at specific milestones to inspect key aspects of the build.
This is an average of 4-5 individual inspections throughout the build process.
We base these inspections around specific building milestones being met which don’t necessarily follow the payment milestones in your contract.
