Pre Purchase Inspections comprise of both a Building and Timber Pest (Termites, Wood Rot and Wood Borers) Inspection – we handle them both.

It is typically carried out on existing homes for buyers as part of your purchase Contract. It is designed to identify the following items:

  • Safety Hazards
  • Major Defects
  • Live Timber Pest Activity
  • Timber Pest Damage
  • Conditions Conducive to Termites
  • Information regarding past or current Termite Management Systems in the home
  • A General overview of Minor Defects in the property (we aim to focus on items we believe you should attend to, to prevent Major Defects or Safety Hazards from developing over time)
